Year 6 had an amazing time celebrating VE Day and thoroughly enjoyed taking part in a range of fun and engaging activities. They embraced the occasion by dressing up in 1940s-style clothing and enjoying an afternoon tea to commemorate the end of the war in Europe.
Everyone enjoyed the delicious assortment of 1940s-inspired food; however, for some, it was the tea that really made the day! The celebration was a wonderful opportunity to learn about this important historical event while having lots of fun.
