Although Coteford Junior School will be closing until further notice, I wanted to take this opportunity to reassure parents of pupils with special educational needs that staff are still available to support you and to keep you well informed.
Below, I have detailed all the information that I feel you may require. In addition, you can contact me by email at any time. If you wish to talk on the telephone, please email and we can arrange a suitable time. Class teachers and Mrs Barnes, our SEN teacher, will also be contactable by email.

Annual Reviews that have already been scheduled
A number of annual reviews of EHC plans were set to take place over the next few weeks; these meetings have all been cancelled. However, I will still be gathering reports and submitting recommended updates and changes to our SEN Officer. If you were expecting an annual review of your child’s EHCP in March or April, I will contact you by telephone to discuss their progress and agree any suggested changes with you before I submit the paperwork.

As with annual reviews, I will continue with any applications and contact you directly to update you or gather information.
