Year 5's recent trip to Gunnersbury Park Victorian Museum
Year 5 have gone back in time recently as Victorian school children at Gunnersbury Park Victorian Museum.
The children experienced Victorian school lessons and punishments (as role play of course!) They learnt about shillings in maths; practised historical cursive handwriting using quills and used authentic slates with chalk to write on!
All the children had a great time touring the museum after lunch.
