Kit:             PE kit

Collection: A responsible adult to collect from the office at 4:00pm

• Please put ‘COTEFORD JUNIOR SCHOOL CLUBS’ in your heading and include your child’s name and class in your email.  Please note that you are asking for a place for Multi Sports.

• Your provider will email back with payment details if you have a place.  If the club is full, they will inform you and put you on a waiting list.

• Payment will be required to secure your place.  Your place will be offered to the next on the waiting list if payment is not received promptly.

• Places are allocated on a strictly first come, first served basis

• The school office will be unable to allocate places, so please contact our provider directly.
