We are all looking forward to next weekend when our Year 6 Team take the year group away to Osmington Bay.
All the information you need is in the information pack you have already received but here are some important reminders for Friday morning:
- Please remember that your child’s belongings must be packed in a small suitcase (preferably with wheels)
- Check the ‘kit-list’ when packing as if your child does not have appropriate clothing, they will not be able to take part in some activities. A reminder kit list will accompany this letter.
- Make sure that your child’s luggage and clothing is clearly labelled with their name and Coteford Junior School.
- Make sure that your child has not packed any electrical devices (phones, ipads, games consoles, kindles, hairdryers, straighteners or curlers)
- Pack any snacks (no drinks please) your child is bringing in a sealed tub or plastic bag as these attract ants in the chalets
- Make sure that your child has taken travel sickness pills before arriving at school if needed
- Bring your child to the school hall at around 10:15 am
- Please park off site.
- You are very welcome to stay and wave us off
- Make sure that your child’s lunch and drink is in their rucksack / bag which they will take onto the coach with them!
- Please notify the school office, if you haven’t already, if you are unable to keep your child at home on the Tuesday after school journey.
