STATIONERY

All children, Years 3-6, need to bring their own stationery/pencil case to

 school for their own personal use: 

• Two lead pencils
• Erasable black ink pens (eg; Frixion pens)
• Berol / Edding handwriting pen
• An eraser
• A small self-contained sharpener
• A 15cm ruler
• A small glue stick (Pritt stick)
• A child friendly whiteboard pen (and spare as these run out quickly)
• A green pen for editing and improving work (eg; green Frixion pen)
• A yellow highlighter
• A set of colouring pencils

The items on the above list are the only stationery items your child should bring to school. 

Please do not include any additional stationery items.

If there is a child who does not bring in their pencil case or have the correct stationery, then the school will issue them with a simple stationery pack and a charge of £2.50 will be added to your ParentMail account for you to pay.

A notification of this will be sent home by the school office.

Please also ensure any used items are promptly replaced.

PLEASE NOTE FELT TIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED - THESE WILL BE PROVIDED BY SCHOOL

ALL OF THE ABOVE SHOULD BE IN A SMALL, NAMED PENCIL CASE THAT WILL FIT INTO A SHALLOW TRAY

UNIFORM

Coteford children are proud of their school, the school badge and their uniform. To maintain this pride and high standards the children are required to wear uniform. 

The current uniform policy is outlined below. 

Our school colours are bottle green and grey and our uniform supplier is Angels, who offer an online ordering service (details below).

Non logo uniform items are available at most department stores and large supermarkets.

      SCHOOL UNIFORM

• GREY shorts or long trousers or skirt (NOT black)
• GREEN and WHITE checked summer dress (summer)
• WHITE blouse/shirt/polo shirt
• BOTTLE GREEN jumper/cardigan/sweatshirt
• Socks or tights - plain WHITE or GREY
• BLACK school shoes – not trainers or boots
  
  PE KIT
• Plain WHITE T shirt (not polo shirt) with or without the school logo
• BLACK shorts, joggers or leggings
• WHITE socks
• Trainers and plimsolls
• For cold weather, BOTTLE GREEN sweatshirt, or hoodie with school badge

All clothing should be clearly marked with the child’s name.
 

• Jewellery is not permitted, except for plain stud earrings and watches.
• Below shoulder length hair should be tied fully back at all times
• Nail varnish and make-up are not permitted and hair accessories such as hair bands etc should be discreet and in plain colours.
