BASKETBALL - Thursday

Provider:  Thames Valley Cavaliers

Lessons:  THURSDAY after school in the playground or in the hall if it rains 3:00-4:00         

Open to:  All Year Groups

Cost: Summer Term: £40 for Yrs 3, 5 & 6 (10 x sessions @ £4 per session)

                                  £36 for Y4 (9 x sessions only, as one date clashes with a trip) dates below

Numbers:  Maximum 24 children

Kit:  Basic P.E. kit to change into after school

Collection: A responsible adult to collect from outside reception at 4:00

• Please put ‘COTEFORD JUNIOR SCHOOL CLUBS’ in your heading and include your child’s name and class in your email.

• Your provider will email back with payment details if you have a place.  If the club is full, they will inform you and put you on a waiting list.

• Payment will be required to secure your place.  Your place will be offered to the next on the waiting list if payment is not received promptly.

• Places are allocated on a strictly first come, first served basis

• The school office will be unable to allocate places, so please contact our provider directly.
