We have all kinds of interesting projects planned for BLACK HISTORY MONTH. However, this subject is not confined to just October here at Coteford, it is interwoven within all elements of our curriculum. Look out for some of our lovely displays!
We are trying to increase our number of books which promote good mental health in schools. Last year we shared our Amazon wish list which prioritised books we’d love to have in school - and we were overwhelmed with the response from our parents. If you felt able to purchase a book for our library, we’d be extremely grateful. Please fill in the gift slip and say why you bought the book and add your family name. We stick these in the books as our pupils love to know who has donated a book and why.
